JERK for 6 performers and a conductor
This is one of my hybrid pieces in which I make simultaneous use of improvisation and notation. Performers are given specific rhythms, dynamics, and contours, but asked to supply several of the other musical parameters themselves. There are also indeterminate parts embedded within the score.
